Charity Shops

Since charitable work also needs to be financed, the German Clothing Foundation operates various charity stores. In addition to selling second-hand goods, the stores also have other functions. As places where the foundation lives, they provide support and stability for many people. On the one hand, people find paid jobs here or can pursue voluntary work in a meaningful environment. On the other hand, the stores are cultural venues where important topics such as sustainability, upcycling and the conscious use of textiles should find a place. For example, sewing and creative workshops are held. In order to appeal to as many people as possible, the individual charity stores pursue different concepts. However, they all have one thing in common: supporting the meaning and purpose of fair sharing.
